The McLean Meditation Institute has been practicing being alone, together, with meditation.

They are offering mindfulness and meditation sessions you can participate in from home, two times a day, free, live, and online, through June 30th.

Be guided into a soothing meditation and take part in a short discussion with Sarah McLean and other meditation experts.

These meditations are for anyone, beginners and seasoned meditators. They are a great way to connect to others who are doing what they can to stay present and calm.
