The Feast for the Soul is a 40-day spiritual practice from January 15 to February 23. You can think of it as an intensive that promotes self-discovery, mindfulness, meditation, and creative practices – a virtual retreat whereby you commit to 40 days of spiritual practice. Whether you meditate, dance, paint, practice yoga, or observe another spiritual practice, this 40-day intensive will help you to kick off a new way of living year round.

The Feast for the Soul provides resources, support, and teachings that you can access free of charge. There is a wealth of information on Feastforthesoul.org and you’ll gain free access to meditation teachers from across the globe. Go to Feastforthesoul.org and sign up for emails, either daily or weekly. And the website will guide you with the links to the daily meditations that are at 9am PCT live on FaceBook and YouTube, or you can watch the recordings later, whatever works best for you.

Feast for the Soul is a nonprofit organization that has been in existence for 14 years with Sarah McLean as the current Director. All of the meditations and activities are free. Whether you are practicing for 40 days of your choosing, or you are joining the annual observance of the Feast from January 15 to February 23, the Feast is a wonderful opportunity to transform your perspective and your life. It is entirely optional, it’s a ritual that has been observed since the early 1900s.

– Tune in to the Opening Ceremony, livestreamed on YouTube on the 15th of January at 9 a.m. PT, 12 noon ET, 5 p.m. GMT

– Watch a previously recorded Opening Ceremony posted on YouTube.
