These meditations are for anyone, beginners and seasoned meditators. They are a great way to connect to others who are doing what they can to stay present and calm.

If you’ve been feeling a little anxious during these times, you are not alone. Regular activation of anxiety, stress, and panic isn’t healthy for your mind or body. They not only lower your immunity, they can make navigating the “stay home order” challenging.
